Roasted red potatoes are some of my favorite things to eat, especially if I want to treat myself! This is such an easy and delicious recipe that you can try!

Makes 4 servings. 1 serving = 171 calories
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 red potatoes
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons of fresh rosemary
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450.
- Cut the potatoes in half then in quarters and place in zip lock bag. Place the rest of the ingredients in a bag, seal and shake so all ingredients are evenly dispersed.
- Arrange potatoes on baking sheet so they are not on top of one another. Cook for 30 minutes (check after 20 with a fork)
- When tender (fork passes with ease) serve potatoes
- Enjoy :)
